Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service.

  • Any following statements can be change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

  • I reserve the right to decline any requests.

  • Payment must be made through PayPal Invoices. I ask for payment before beginning the commission. Accepted currency is USD.

  • No refunds! Unless I am unable to complete your commission due to personal reasons, then I will provide a full refund.

  • I will send work-in-progress images as progress is made. You may ask for changes to be made.

  • After a commission is finished, only small changes can be made. Great changes will come with extra charge.

As a commissioner, you reserve the rights to...

  • Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise.

  • Claim the rights of the character(s) but not the drawing itself.

  • Use the art to promote yourself with proper credit given to the artist.

  • Cancel the commission before payment is sent.

As the commissioner, you may not...

  • Reproduce / use the copyrighted artwork commercially.

  • Take credit for the creation of the artwork.

  • Remove any watermarks / signatures.

  • Alter the artwork without my, the artist's consent.

  • Cancel / demand a refund after payment is received.

By breaking these terms or filing a chargeback against me, your rights to everything I have made for you will be retracted.

I, the artist, Irochelle, reserve the rights to...

  • Display your finished commission on any place or site.

  • State the status / progress of your commission on my Trello.

  • Record and upload a speedpaint video of your commission to youtube if I choose.
